We want you to love every piece from ALVORA. If something isn’t perfect, here’s how we can help:

1. Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and undergarments cannot be returned.

2. How to Return

To start a return, contact our support team at hello@thealvora.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

We’ll provide return instructions (returns are sent to our global fulfillment partner warehouse).

3. Refunds

Once your item is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get another item, please place a new order after your refund is processed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos — we’ll replace or refund you immediately.
