All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 7–15 business days

• United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

• North America: 10–20 business days

• Rest of World: 10–25 business days

(Delivery time may vary slightly based on customs and local postal services.)

3. Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel through our “Track My Order” page.

4. Duties & Taxes

Orders may be subject to import taxes or duties based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Wrong Address or Missing Parcel

Please ensure your address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses.
